How can I place my order?
You can easily add products to your cart on our website, reach out to us on Facebook, or send a message via WhatsApp. Simply provide your Name, Phone Number, and Delivery Address, and one of our Customer Care Representatives will confirm your order.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, we can assist with any changes you’d like to make. Just contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How can I pay for my order?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as a bank deposit option on our website for your convenience.

How can I sample a new fragrance before purchasing online?
All orders from NK Fragrance include a complimentary fragrance tester of your choice. It’s the perfect way to try out a new scent before committing to a full purchase. Additionally, we offer two fragrance tester sets for you to explore from the comfort of your home.

Can I get a discount?
Discounts are not available on your first order. However, once you place your first order, you’ll receive a discount code for use on future purchases.

DELIVERY

Do you deliver outside of Pakistan?
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.

What are the delivery charges?
Standard delivery is Rs 200, but delivery is free on orders over Rs 3600.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking ID provided in your shipping confirmation message on trax.pk or postex.pk.

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery Timings:

For Sialkot: 2-3 working days
For locations outside Sialkot: 3-5 working days
